Product Returns

• To return products, please contact the Floramedia Stock Team and provide a product description and customer purchase order number within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

• Returns will only be accepted if authorised in this way.

• Returns must be received by Floramedia within 28 days of the receipt of goods.

• Please ensure all returned products are in its original Floramedia product packaging.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any product return.

• Please clearly mark all shipments with the words “Return Goods” on the package. Inside please include the customer’s original purchase order number and a list of the enclosed products.

• Upon satisfactory return of products, Floramedia will issue a return payment, less a 10% re-stocking charge (minimum of £10).

We aim to provide the very best possible service to our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, please contact our Stock Team within 7 days of receipt of goods.
