To return products, please contact the Floramedia Stock Team and provide a product description and customer purchase order number within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
Returns will only be accepted if authorised in this way.
Returns must be received by Floramedia within 28 days of the receipt of goods.
Please ensure all returned products are in its original Floramedia product packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any product return.
Please clearly mark all shipments with the words “Return Goods” on the package. Inside please include the customer’s original purchase order number and a list of the enclosed products.
Upon satisfactory return of products, Floramedia will issue a return payment, less a 10% re-stocking charge (minimum of £10).
We aim to provide the very best possible service to our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, please contact our Stock Team within 7 days of receipt of goods.
